September 25-26, 2026, volunteers like you will care for hurting communities in Toledo, Ohio, by serving local churches, bivocational pastors, low-income schools and other organizations needing assistance. Projects may include light construction, painting, landscaping and hosting sports camps or block parties.

CHURCH WORK DAY
A Serve Toledo team is coming to help us refurbish our classrooms. In preparation we need to strip all the old wallpaper in those rooms. We will be holding a Church workday to get the rooms ready Saturday, August 29th from noon to 4 pm. Please come for any time you are available. Many hands make light work!

LIFEWISE
We are excited to be partnering with Lifewise Academy to provide biblical character instruction during school hours. We are looking to kick off the program in October and need your help! If you are interested in being a volunteer, teacher, prayer partner, or financial supporter please contact Pastor Tommy.

CHILI COOK-OFF
Join us for our Second Annual Gateway Chili Cookoff on September 13th! Bring your best chili and see if you can dethrone our reigning champion Doyle Ayers for the coveted Golden Spoon.

MEN’S BIBLE STUDY
Our next Men’s Bible study and breakfast will be held @ 9am on Sept. 12th. We will be having breakfast and a time of fellowship with a devotion, then will be working to prep the classrooms for the Serve Toledo team coming to paint them.
We are inviting all men to join us from 9 am – 11 am on Sept. 12th.
